What does the €750 offer include?
The full creation of your WhatsApp automations: abandoned cart, order confirmation, post-purchase upsell, review collection, welcome message… written in your brand voice, configured and tested. We also structure your segments and set up the AI agent. It's a flow-building service, not training.
What do I need before we start?
Your account must already be connected: a Kanal account with an active subscription and your WhatsApp Business account created and linked. We can set this up together or you can do it yourself, but everything must be ready so we can build the automations. Ideally, giving us Klaviyo access lets us harmonize the WhatsApp flows with your existing email flows.
Is the Kanal subscription included in the €750?
No. The €750 covers the flow-creation service, as a one-time payment. The Kanal subscription is the plan you choose, stays commitment-free, and must be active before we start.
How long until everything is live?
Count 24 to 48h for us to build all your automations. Then Meta reviews the message templates, which can take up to 24h more. Once approved, everything is live. Nothing to do on your side.
What if the flows don't suit me?
During the first 30 days, we adjust and iterate the flows as much as needed. In practice, they're built to perform from the start. After that, you're fully autonomous on the account and manage the flows yourself.
Are there any extra costs?
No, no extra costs. The €750 covers the full setup: WhatsApp onboarding, flow configuration, template writing and Meta validation, Klaviyo integration if needed, testing and go-live. You pay nothing more, whatever your market or the number of languages.
